    I understand your point Jason... my take is that they see the writing on the wall and take a business decision. Also there's APRA and the insurers breathing down their necks.

    No I don't believe they're altruistic in their decision-making. Cold economics and future viability is the prime mover.

    Nor do I accept that they're so vulnerable to Market Forces petitions.

    and what of Black Rock? did they get a petition too? They've written to all their co.s to take steps to ensure global warming and GHGs emissions are factored into their future planning.
