You say “returning back to Australia”, that’s wrong, Australia isn’t their home, they aren’t “returning back”. Their primary residence is India, China or wherever. That’s where they live and pay their tax, its the country they call home and are loyal to.
They are not “returning Aussies” they are opportunistic bludgers who want to exploit Australia in their time of need without paying tax here.
