I think it's relevant. Scomo's been showing clear signs of senility lately (for example his "Mr Speaker, Mr Speaker" when addressing journalists).
Now he's forgetting to cook chicken and not even noticing it's raw when he dishes it up.
This is part of a pattern that definitely calls into question his mental fitness.
