Bill Clinton turned the Monica Lewinski affair into a scandal because he didn’t handle it very well.
Can’t remember now which one of the US Presidents it was from the 1960’s but anyway one of them was having an affair and the media were trying to make a big deal about it....... the President said when questioned about the alleged affair “It’s none of your bloody business” or words to that affect.
That was the last the media and his political opponents had to say on the matter.
Morrison if he had a brain could have said words to the affect “Prime Ministers make War Declarations and Premiers run the States .... it’s Gladys’ Job, end of story!!!”
He’s either too stupid to understand nipping things in the bud is very important or he is arrogant and out of touch with reality.
