This is purely my opinion and I am not a lawyer so you can't rely on it, but...I don't think you need to buy back in. I think the line in the sand is shareholders and optionholders who were holding around 4/3/21 (the day Scomo took his dump on us) could argue they have suffered a loss. The lawyers will address this if and when the time comes.
