Morrison cloaked his intention to usurp Keith Pitt I believe by creating the smoke screen by
making himself minister in the other portfolios as a distraction to make it look like he was not bias in regards to his decision to bury PEP11.

This man is a deceiver who has hoodwinked most people with his many empty manipulating words.
Moreover PEP 11 was the core of his manipulations because he believed his political skin was on the line. Period !!

This man is a chameleon through and through.

His lies and deceit was evident the way he got himself elected into politics by defaming the man who won the majority of seats
in his electorate be digging up un truths and lies maligning him ( Michael Towke.) Which was decided in a court case where Morrison was
found guilty of defamation and therefore paid cost to Michael. Morrison got only 8 votes. Michael Twoke got 82 votes.
Eventually Morrison becomes Prime Minister.

So you can see, that he is not what he appears to be.
