This is exactly why we have NOPTA and NOPSEMA to independently assess the permit and Pep removed from politics and then have a responsible federal resource minister to take all the advice on board and make a decision on the Pep for the benefit of all Australians not just a group of Northern Beaches elite, by Scomos actions countering the resource minister and overriding what was he’s “Pitts” decision and NOPTA both to approve Pep11 that in its self you would think will overturn the decision let alone all the secrecy and Shenanigans from Scomo from May 2021 to Dec 2021 , in all my years of trading and involvement in ASX companies I have never been treated with such contempt as a shareholder let alone by the PM of the country, this story is certainly not going away for Scomo and I really hope the press really starts to drill down more on the only powers he exercised in this mess and that is the absolute bastardy of Advent and Pep11 in what is unprecedented actions in Australian politics especially by a PM to the demise of a ASX listed company for no fault of its own bar going about its Buissness.
