Scotty should end up personally liable for the money that we honest shareholders were duped out of. If there was clear transparency with who was making the ultimate decision, I know myself I would never have invested a dime. This guy I believe is personally responsible. He hopefully will be ultimately jailed and bankrupted a la Obeid
