I agree with all that but it seems the average Australian voter is generally conservative in that they will take the safer option.

This election will definitely be based on, " who do you distrust least ? ". The only thing going for the Coalition is that there is going to be a bit of a clean out so it might give them a chance to show off a few new faces.

Could easily be a hung/minority government post election, I reckon.
