I had heard about Climate 200 but I hadn't really read about them till now.

I guess it's a good example of people getting serious about wanting change.

It's really weird that every state and territory is quite proactive on a climate change and yet the federal government is still playing the denial game.

Maybe the independents are the " adults " we need to step in and sort the naughty children out ?

Protesting in the street doesn't really achieve much. Making a difference at the ballot box is where it's at. We've seen the effect Cathy McGowan, Helen Haines, Zali Steggle and others can have. Intelligent people with a bit of dignity making a real difference. Bringing a bit of respect back to politics.

I think their efforts might have a real impact at this election.
