I’m pretty certain the Lease of the Darwin Port was managed by the NT State Government. Kind of like Victoria’s incompetent Labor Premier Dan Andrews signing up to the Chinese Belt and Road initiative which the Morrison Government had to subsequently tear up. Terribly unsettling the vacant gaze we so often see coming from the Victorian Labor Premier!
