While that says it all bout the quality of the retionship he had with his ministers, one needs to ask;
Why wasn't the intelligence informed?
If the objective really was putting in place contingent measures, then why wasn't the contingency called Acting prime minister, in the deputy prime minister, was informed?
Hopefully some authority that he cannot fool like he thinks of Australian people, will ask those questions to get to the real bottom of this.
