I did this very basic model some time ago, and have updated it based on recent comp-co DFS release and market research on metal curves.
Assumptions go through columns C and D (light blue) - I have been fairly conservative with LOM at 13 years, but other assumptions will be up for interpretation. One of the advantages of this model versus other people's musings is that this includes a capital structure, and so provides a more realistic view of equity cash flows.
