Sconi Tender documents circulating

Is there a source you can point us to or is this something you've heard from your own contacts?

IF this news proves to be true there really should have been a formal announcement to the market that documents for construction are out to tender....I would have thought there should have. I shouldn't be finding this out on HC IF true, and this is no offence to you in the slightest.

I can see that they might want to know what constructions costs are going to be to obtain the true NPV of the project over the current LOM....or at least to get an accurate indicative cost.

On a negative note:

IF true will the BFS be delayed a little further because they will then feed these construction costs into it ?

OR on a positive note are they poised to deliver one GIANT announcement that will give us;

Wouldn't that blow the roof of the shed and catch all the paid down ramper's and day traders with their drawers around their ankles
