Following the Federal Court Judgement in Melbourne re CH, I wonder when our Mates at Kollakorn are going to advise Shareholders if CH has resigned as a Director, and if so what process will be used to replace him. Last time when CH became in February 2015, it was called a "Casual Vacancy" filled by the Board. No questions asked or referred to Shareholders. Will the same thing happen again? Who knows. In fact who knows anything about the general situation.

As KKL is now an unlisted public company communications to shareholders can either take place by placement on the company's website or mail/email.
