Last time when CH became in February 2015, it was called a "Casual Vacancy" filled by the Board. No questions asked or referred to Shareholders.

As KKL is now an unlisted public company communications to shareholders can either take place by placement on the company's website or mail/email. You could try calling the Chairman but he appears to have problems of his own:
