In my opinion what you are discovering adds little if any value to outstanding NKP issues regarding the Mining Licence and any associated issues.

The fact remains that the DMR , with the Minister's approval , has granted the Mining Licence to Genorah but it will not become official until certain outstanding conditions are met. Genorah and NKP do not wish to communicate these conditions to the market.

It's implied that the sale of Genorah's NKP shares to Zijin is related to the granting of the Mining Licence. Once this transaction is completed it will be a formality to have the ML notarised.

I await with interest an announcement regarding the sale to Zijin and the official granting of the Mining Licence. This will then set the scene for any intended takeover.
