I agree, directors need to do more and they cant start by buying more shares in the company. They harp on about having prime exploration land which is true but lack of strategy just results in investor wealth erosion. They are playing chicken with capital markets - they need a wad of cash to fund next lot of exploration/development, something they wouldn’t do so lightly if they had more shares in the company.
they should vend Citadel for a quick $100m, use the money to start toll treating minyari and also exploration of their remaining land holding.
