I agree with your second theory. The big volume day of 80 million shares was no retail selling. My theory is someone with multiple accounts all under 5% holdings is doing the selling. With news expected on a timeline (ss’s due at end of month) you can easily manipulate the share price. I expect the news to be big with a nice bow attached. Fortiscue pegging all around mt remarkable, could fortiscue be the “big brother” TB is referring to in his ABC radio interview?
This could shoot up as quick as its fallen. Weve seen KRC do it allready. Wouldnt surprise me when it happens.
