one would hope the study, if its going to affect the SP, to be released prior to 23rd. So as to reject the massive dilution in the AGM and try & raise at a higher price.
Also, there would be many angry people at the AGM if it were not released prior.

I vote for Monday the 19th, so they can have the AGM in a more enjoyable situation.
