I have read the scoping study and using a pe ratio 10 based on income using numbers from the scoping study with the share price would be about $6 to $9 when in full production. The best case if they were to come into production at the highest price would be $16 per share.
Uanium followers have overlooked something, BHP and they have $180 billion worth of uranium. The are hedged at $20 per pound for the next couple of years but when they come out of hedging, they will focus on increasing uranium profits and guess what the price will fall like a sinker.
