we can't drop much lower than 1.2 / 1.1 and we have been there , I work on MC we are $17m , tiny , so I'm not bothered if there late , we are a cheaply run company with shrewd directors , with big tenements, as and when we gain traction so will the office , but getting the facts in place seems paramount to the board .
also they want 10 million shares @ 0.0125 =$125,000 not small change , confidence in the board
I can't think what more you can want from a MICRO CAP
