.Please don't taint Rox and Youanmi with the Wiluna refractory ore.
With its history of collapses and rebirths Wiluna casts a dark shadow over every partially refractory resource.
But Youanmi and Wiluna ores are very different.
Almost all the 1m ozs Au +++ gold ore to 160 m at Youanmi is oxide free milling. 75% of all the Youanmi gold can be conventionally milled in a standard CIL mill, with an additional fine grinding unit for mildly refractory ore.
Only 25% at Youanmi is Arsenopyrite needing extra oxidation to turn into a concentrate. Wiluna has exhausted its free milling gold and the remainder is highly refractory.
At Youanmi, there is a 92.2% average gold extraction from underground ore with Near Surface Ore also +92% from simple CIL
Note that Rox has another metallurgy ann on the way in Q 4 which will probably show an even higher recovery of gold.
There is no way Rox will ever be sending ore to Wiluna but the sale of the Wiluna mill to Rox after WMC goes under again is a possibility.
.Please don't taint Rox and Youanmi with the Wiluna refractory...
