scoping study out now: trading halt lifted, page-31

I've only been looking at DMM for a month.

Project looks interesting and sovereign risk seems O.K.

2 major worries;

1)I think we all know that by 2012 the price of IO will be falling, and potentially quite rapidly...will the DMM project still be viable? I'm hoping it would be but we all know many won't be.

2)$500m is a lot of money to raise. In this market debt financing would be out of the question I would have thought. I know it's not for a while and it will be done in stages....but...it's a big ask.

Still looks interesting to me though.
