Play the stock, not the poster in my opinion; and for what it's worth, I also agree with your idea related to ASIC setting out the requirements for reporting scope study results. It would prevent a situation such as this arising whereby we are partially kept in the dark on some pretty important figures.
In order to make the 'cash flow positive' statement, the OPEX and CAPEX figures must be floating around in the office somewhere. I have contacted the company via email about this and will keep everyone posted on what they have to say.
