I'm thinking along the same lines as you Swordfish. The price certainly does seem to have been manipulated down to the CR price for some time now, and mad to stay there with capping.
Secondly, the managing director has only given the market his interpretation of the study. Surely he should have given the market the actual report. Or was it that they were pressurized by shareholders to get it out when in fact it wasn't quite ready. Either way the management need to lift their game in this regard. They can still give us the full report, surely.
