$148m before capex seems to be $177m
then subtract depreciation (which is deducting capex) & tax = say $100m npat
must raise $700m
say 50% debt financed
say shares issued 50 cents
total shares = 1 billion
EPS = 10 cents
PE x 8 = 80 cent share price (whenever 5mpta can be produced)
