scoping study

Just trawling through some old stocks on my watchlist (owned TTR years ago) and read about the scoping study due shortly. Any idea what a positive (or negative effect) the study will have on the shareprice?

Currently TTR have a market cap of $17m while a nearology stock like QMN has a market cap of $54m and thats without a scoping study. Just seems that there should be room for significant upside if the studies positive. Also the annual report talks about the project in very positive terms and in a manner that indicates it is definetly going ahead.
