Great post as usual Bigshare, just a few comments, if I may.
1. Nightingale Organisation's recommendations will be studied carefully and throughly. No, we don't have to take their recommendations on board, but I bet we do or many of them anyway, otherwise why pay for their expertise, then substantially or completely ignore it? Also, if they don't give pertinent advice, they don't stay in business, must know some things. 2. Further to this, NMR's management team is pretty switched on, this aspect is seriously underestimated. Nothing I've seen diminishes my confidence in them. 3. NO ONE intimately involved with this company is selling their shares. What does that tell you at this point? 4. Early cash flow-cannot overstate the importance of this. The scoping study will be critical in terms of establishing this straight up, especially as any major rail project will still take years to be fully up and running. 5. Not least, a willingness and/or ability to think outside the square, and, an intimate knowledge of the area where the resource is located, pretty much self-explanatory.
