Fair enough ltl, on the basis that China keeps making past levels of Nd available, not forgetting that to produce Nd they have to produce mountains of Ce & La first.
Nd has one of the strongest growth profiles of all REO for magnet production, in and out of China, and I was more thinking ROW supply and demand.
DoE, to which DK contributes, certainly views Nd as a CREO with accelerated demand beyond supply:
With China looking to retain more RE for domestic consumption fair chance PEK could sell any Nd it can produce.
