So planning to go all the way (or nearly). Prices FOB were based on 100% refined product, yet scoping suggests it will be a number of mixed / separated products. We really need to get an industry heavy hitter on board to see the rerate this project deserves. But things moving along nicely and projected costs look reasonable.
