Yes I think those comments about late 2013 production a while back were a bit too optimistic!
I'd be hoping for Mining Permit issued and CAPEX solution nutted out by the end of the year.
Until the CAPEX issue is addressed I think we are going to oscillate anywhere between 50-70c.
The only other thing that may move the SP is takeover rumours or action, most likely to come from Exxaro.
