It would be hard for the company to make announcements if there is nothing material to announce. Fluff announcements that sound nice but don't say anything new won't help the share price anyway. Quarterly is due in about 3 weeks.

I'm positive management are working towards the Mining Permit and CAPEX financing. They hold 10%+ of the company themselves, that's over 12m shares. You can guarantee they are doing all they can to increase shareholder wealth because they are major shareholders themselves.

IMO it's trading low because there is no Mining Permit and more importantly no CAPEX funding plan announced as yet. From what I can gather, the company is on very good terms with BlackRock & M&G Investments and these 2 institutions are very supportive of the company's plans.

It wouldn't make sense for these institutions to push the price down when you consider they tipped in funds when prices were ~$3. What makes the most sense for these cornerstone investors is to ensure the project is developed so the share price rebounds. BlackRock and M&G have the clout to help ensure the project is developed.

I really can't see these institutions and management rolling and accepting a low ball bid when there is $50m in the bank and the company is more than capable of reaching production itself. If these is an interested party, the logical thing to do would be to push through to production and then assess because the company would be worth far more.

My prediction is Mining Permit > Off take partner > CAPEX funding solution > Mining Convention in that order.

As each of these milestones is reached, we should see a nice rise in the share price. What the SP can bounce to in the next 12 months depends on how the CAPEX is funded.
