Not sure about a fund dumping. The volumes have been miniscule lately. 200,000 shares yesterday could have been an SMSF for all we know.
I guess we will see in the coming months if there are any Change in Substantial Holder notices.
IMO the SP is going to drift until Mining Permit and CAPEX funding is announced, not much you can do about it.
The people running the show hold 10%+ of the company, and shares make up a large portion of remuneration for management (check out the Remuneration Report). This means it's in management's best interests to be doing all they can to work towards the Mining Permit and CAPEX funding.
It's not long ago JW exercised his option to pick up 1.5m shares costing him $600k. To me that signifies he is confident that the company is working in the right direction.
What management can't do much about is general sentiment. Mining juniors with no cash flow and currently unfunded CAPEX are being marked harshly. It's just the reality of it at the minute, 2 years ago sentiment was different.
