I don't think that it's news to anyone here that EQX's $50m in the bank won't be able to cover the $231m total CAPEX, and that debt/equity finance or some sort will be needed. Seems kind of obvious doesn't it?
Any junior miner without cash flow is going to need debt/equity to fund it's first project, it's the nature of the beast. If you were looking for companies that can fund their own projects then you'd be looking at BHP & RIO...
