forgot to mention - if BLR Management strike a commercial arrangement with Cotter Corp to process this U at the nearby facility - the captial cost + lead time required to build the infrastructure will dramatically reduce - which will have a dramatic effect on SP appreciation.. All other near producers (note BMN and EXT) are having to go to the market(TSX) to raise substantial captital and undergo the operational risk of building their own production facilities (PDN ramp up issues anyone???) - in higher sovereign risk countries like Namibia....

2 distinct advantages I can see for BLR, which will substantially reduce the production lead time.
It is a race to be the next producer...
