So how could this report result in a decrease in shareholder value?
Based on $USD75/lb there is $847m in resource there less operatings costs @$25/lb less capital expenditure plus cash in the bank at the moment. this announcement identifies $455.5m of opportinity. divided by the issued capital of the company 104 million shares. doesnt this announcement imply a share price of $4 +?
There is also the added possibility of accessing a ready made plant that will only offer upside
Thoughts anyone?
