My thoughts are that BKY is unquestionably cheap. So are other quality plays like WHE which has also been polaxed. What we need tho to turn these stocks around is a change in sentiment. Maybe a takeover or maybe a spike in the Uranium price but without a change in sentiment good announcements like what BKY just released will come largely unnoticed.
