that's just your online broker (westpac); most other brokers allow you to do it @ 8am or even before.
try bell, comsec, etrade, etc.
it is pointless to have 1 online broker only as sometime they crashed, offline, etc
talking about inequality tho, you ain't see nothing yet.
they have dark pool, mid-point match, pure match, etc; now that's unfair to say the least.
that's just your online broker (westpac); most other brokers...
