I had a dairy farm near the Wild Turkey distillary in Kentucky. The neighbours dairy cows use to get drunk on the mash from the corn.
Bourbon by name has to be made out of grain that is at least 60% corn.
I would love to start a distillary and top shelf up market bar on the side think there would be good money in it, Chineese love whisky to great value added product is Whiskey
