Now I have read if the alternate Green candidates decide not to accept the seat, it will become available to Scott Ludlum if/when he, dissolves his other citizenship .(the seat will be vacant)
It is my interpretation therefore he will be sitting as a Senator again as soon as Parliament resumes.
We will see??
