A government one (sorry closer to $40). You really think that a consultant is going to be able to operate at circa 3 times the efficiency? Payroll tax 5%, super 12%, work cover premium is 2% so total cost is around $50/ hour vs. $140. So you assume a government engineer does 3 hours of work / day?
