And how would I do that ? You do it and post it up here. I know from direct experience that outside staff always cost more to use and usually do a poorer job than inside staff. Even our local Council has tried to cut costs by reducing staff and hiring contactors but it's never saved money and in some cases resulted in crap work that cost even more to fix and bring up to standard.
