They actually are unusual. Some are. Do you for instance know of any other Prime Minister who’s done what Scomo has done? Additionally, why would he keep the matters from his side of government, including the Ministers who’s ministries he got sworn into? The fact that the current shadow PM and other former senior members of the LNP were unaware of those moves says a lot about how Scomo felt about these tactics. Either he didn’t have faith in his government or he was engaging in some nefarious activities that needed to be done shrouded in darkness.
