My thoughts.

Not overall all that important.

The % sold off is not all that significant as per Punters comment.If it was 50%+ Id be a bit more concerned.He still has quite a chunk of performance rights and 7.75M ords is no small bickies either.

He is selling into North Sounds buying which was never going to have much effect on the sp.

Positive implication is that this divesment wont really effect how his overall holdings perform in the light of where the sp may be headed.In other words what he now has will still do him quite nicely.

Negative implication?

It it perhaps may imply is that we are not likely to see any fast rise in the sp but I wouldnt take this as a given either with this stock.As has been pointed out recently we have had a significant rise in the sp in the last year so.If one needed to take some cash for whatever reason why not now.
