Why didn't Morrison have the renovations at his place done before the Election?

He should have to organise his own temporary accommodation, just like everyone else.

Such is Morrison's sense of entitlement that he thinks it's OK for him to lean, loaf and bludge off taxpayers even after he copped the chop as PM.
