scrambled eggs

I read this news report nearly a year after it was written....

and wonder whats happening now...

and think that its a good article but has many eggs
ie PIF, MFS, Stella etc all in this mix. Lumped together as it is in my mind too....maybe missed out NZ, though.

How did the individual eggs PIF, MFS, Stella get roped into one debt to Fortress? ie that letter ? putting a charge over everything? Everything? what was everything?
Every egg? were some eggs hard boiled somehow? Was the debt for a 'specific' purpose?
C'mon experts save us some eggs or were they all put in one basket?

I know there's been cases about it but it still irks me...
