Notwithstanding the fact that MIX is outperforming the property sector by over 150% over the last 12 months,..the real big upside is still to come. There are DEFINITE signs that we have seen the bottom in the US property markt. Big hedge fund money is flowing into property developers & REITs (this is reflected in their SP which is decisively breaking to the upside) I have been expecting a growth phase for REITs...It seems that it is just starting.
