If it was for a reasonable amount, they kept some cash to fund future unplanned opportunities, like the recent one that resulted in this raise, and gave the rest out as a special dividend, I'd be ok with this. Provided you mean basically they sell off the B-cell products and kept the rest.
Of course, "reasonable amount" is the key phrase.
