I think u need to look closer at the reasons why this has all been set up this way.

Some may be scratching their heads thinking they didn't need to raise 4 this..we have the money already and we have been hinted to that fantastic trial results are a given..

so yes whatsup those people may be thinking would be good to scrap with today's prices

others may be thinking this was set up so hoppers friends can close short positions..and if those people are on the money then it would appear to be a case of mission accomplished with today's price..

I'm not saying either of the above are the case it's just when assessing these situations one must attempt to look beyond their own expectations and look outside the box..as there are many possibilities as to why hopper has done it this way..

Look at how VLA progressed up to its ultimate sale..was not that one of hoppers babies.
